LASHFRESH ORDERING AND SHIPPING POLICY
Please note Lashfresh orders will be processed and listed on your credit card statement as LASH OUT! Please make note of this when making your purchase.
Lashfresh orders will ship by the following business day. Ground orders normally take 3-10 business days to arrive depending on where the order is shipping to, excluding weekends and holidays. The shipping transit time does not include processing time. Orders will take 1-2 business days for processing ground and air shipments, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders are shipped from Southern California.
Orders are shipped through either UPS or USPS. International orders may take 7-14 days to arrive including passing Customs. Customers are responsible for any sales or customs tax.
Rush/Express Orders are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for rush orders, we can only guarantee the date that the shipment will be sent out. Orders will take 1-2 business days for processing ground and air shipments, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once an item leaves the warehouse, we are no longer responsible or liable for the safety or arrival of your package. We do not have control or power over how USPS or UPS handles your package.
Domestic/International Wholesale Orders:
Certain items require special ordering if out of stock, which can take up to 1 week or 2 months to replace. We do our best to manage our inventory, and we will notify the client immediately if we are out of stock of an item.
For international wholesale orders:
Shipping/Transit time is approximately 7-10 days. If paying using a wire transfer, this can take 2-3 days for us to receive payment. Wire transfers cost $20 extra in addition to shipping and handling.
Domestic shipping/transit time is normally 3-10 business days. Wire transfers are not necessary or advised with domestic orders.
Wholesale Orders: All wholesale orders take up to 1-2 days to package.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from lashfresh.com you may return it for a full refund within 30 days.
Please contact us first at 858-291-8025 for a Return Authorization then ship the product to Lashfresh c/o Lash Out, 3517 Del Rey St. Suite 104, California 92109.
Upon receipt of your return, a credit will be issued within 2 business days. Original shipping charges will be refunded if the return is a result of our error. Customer email inquiries are responded to within 24-48 hours. Telephone based support is available toll free at 1-866-747-7751 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, Monday thru Friday. Voicemail left after hours will be responded to within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends.
